Parking
Conveniently, there is FREE one hour parking on Johnston Street on the opposite side of the street or FREE 2 hour parking on Bedroom Eyes side.  Alternatively there is FREE 2 hour parking on Victoria Street which is parallel to Johnston Street.

Public Transport
There is the 96 Tram that goes up Nicholson Street or the 112 up Brunswick Street.  Get off at Elgin/Johnston Street.

Cancellation Policy
​​We require 24 hours notice if you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment with us.
​If we do not receive 24 hours notice we apply a $25 - $50 Fee to you account.
​A fee will also apply for ''No-Shows'' of $25 - $50 if you do not attend your appointment.

If an appointment is booked less than 24 hours away from time of booking, we cannot reschedule or cancel the appointment and a fee will apply. Please make sure that you will be able to attend the booked appointment.

​If you are under the age of 16 years, we will require a parental consent before performing any treatment. This can be either written or by bringing your parent with you to notify us.
